In conjunction with NHS England and the Local Integrated Care Board The practice will take part in 6 sessions per year of Protected Learning Time
These sessions will result in 111 providing clinical cover to you the patient during the sessions shown below.
The admin team and clinical team will thus be able to have protected learning time whilst you the patient are still provided with clinical cover from outside of the practice by calling 111
This practice will thus shut the reception on the afternoons during this protected learning time to enable to admin team to take part in learning.
